Doors
Customers can choose from a wide range of door designs with numerous functional, maintenance and security options.
Appearance is a matter of personal choice and doors may incorporate decorative or glazed panels. Colour choices are virtually unlimited, ranging from natural wood, white or wood grain UPVC and aluminium in brushed satin or any British Standard colour.
Hinged doors may be single or double leaf, with or without closers and for sensitive areas can incorporate anti-finger trap features. Both hinged and sliding doors can be fitted with automatic entry mechanisms, taking account of provisions for disabled access.
Maintenance requirements are dependent on material. Wooden doors will need some ongoing maintenance but UPVC and aluminium doors will require only minimal maintenance of the hardware.
By using high quality fittings, hook bolts and multi-point locking systems many doors can be raised to a level of security characterised by the ‘Secured by Design’ logo.
